💸 Paydays and Payments
When will I be notified of paydays and account balance?
You will receive email notifications at the following intervals before a payday if your balance needs to be topped up:
7 days before
3 days before
1 day before
When do ACH top-ups process?
ACH top-ups are processed at 7:00 AM CT the morning after they are added.
When are funds reserved?
Funds are reserved at:
9:00 AM CT, 3 days before the payday (initial reservation)
If funds are added after that window, the system reserves them immediately
When do payments process?
Payments process at 9:00 AM CT on the scheduled payday.

How many activities do Senders need to add to send a contract?
Minimum of one (1) activity per contract.
How many activities does a payday need to have?
Zero (0) minimum per payday
Contracts must include at least one (1) total activity
What can Senders edit after sending a contract?
Add or remove activities
Change activity prices
Update due dates
Edit the contract brief
Add or remove attachments
How can Senders add a payday?
Add an activity with a due date past the last payday
Currently, you cannot add a payday to the middle of a contract
How are contracts tracked?
All contracts are tracked in the Opendorse platform, which logs:
Activities
Edits
Status changes
What happens if a contract is rejected?
Sender will be notified
Sender can edit and resend the contract
📸 Proof and Approval
How much time do Senders have to review proof?
There is no auto-approval
Senders have until 9:00 AM CST on Payday to approve proof
What happens if the Sender does not approve proof before Payday?
The activity will slip to the next payday
This will increase the value of that payday
💳 Payments and Compensation
How can Senders pay?
Payments are made using the account balance in the platform.
When do paydays happen?
Paydays are processed daily at 9:00 AM CST
Senders cannot choose custom times
How will an athlete be compensated if they complete some but not all activities for their payday?
Athletes are compensated for only the completed activities
Incomplete or expired activities reduce the total contract value
Example:
If 2 out of 3 activities are completed, the athlete is paid for those 2. The value of the uncompleted 1 is deducted.
What if the payday doesn’t have any activities?
It will still be associated with the one required activity from the contract
No additional activities are required per payday
⚠️ Failed Paydays
If a payday fails, what is the experience for a Sender?
We process as many full paydays by athlete as possible
Any affected activities show an “AdminHelp” label
The Sender receives an email digest summarizing:
Athletes affected
Activities that failed
The Sender can:
Adjust the payday date
Add funds to resolve issues
If a payday fails, what is the experience for a Recipient?
Partial paydays will not be processed
(e.g., 2 out of 4 completed activities = no payment)Athletes will receive a notification from Opendorse
“AdminHelp” will display for all activities in the failed payday
