“Scheduled” content will publish on a specific date and time in the future

1. Select the 'Schedule' option in the composer

2. Select the date/time of when you want the content to be posted

3. Select the desired time zone

4. Click 'Save' in the date/time picker

5. Click 'Send' and the user will receive a notification to review and approve the content right away

6. Once the user approves, the post will remain in queue until it’s scheduled date and time

“Share” content will publish immediately upon user review and approval

1. Select the 'Share' option in the composer

2. Choose whether or not to have the content expire

  • Turn the Expire toggle OFF if you want the content to remain available forever for the user to publish

  • Turn the Expire toggle ON if you want the content to expire on a date for when the content is no longer relevant and should no longer be made available to the athlete to publish

If you choose to have the content expire,

4. Input the date/time for when you want the content to expire

5. Select the desired time zone

6. Click 'Save' in the date/time picker

7. Click 'Send' and the user will receive a notification to review and approve the content right away

8. Once the user approves, the Opendorse software will activate the post instantly on the user’s designated social media channel(s)
