Account users can add their WhatsApp phone number and toggle notifications ON in their Profile settings. Users will then receive the same notifications delivered to SMS, to their WhatsApp. The WhatsApp phone number can be different from the SMS phone number for those that swap SIM cards when traveling.
Adding WhatsApp Number & Turning Notifications ON
Select the avatar and account name in your top navigation bar
Select 'Profile'
Enter WhatsApp phone number
Toggle WhatsApp to ON
Select 'Save' button
What notifications from Opendorse look like
If Opendorse is not yet a 'Contact,' users will need to click approve before the link inside the notification is enabled.
